World Childless Week and Writing that Heals

Writing that heals (or Expressive Writing to give it its more formal term) is a very power writing technique that has huge emotional and health benefits.  In the video I talk about those benefits together with some of the “science” behind expressive writing.  I also share some great techniques that will help you get the most out of your Expressive Writing session(s).

I really do urge you to give this a go.  You may not believe that you can benefit from writing that heals, I mean it’s simply writing isn’t it, so how can it be that beneficial.  Yet it can help.  It can even help you when you don’t think you have anything to write about because you write about that instead.  By exploring your belief that you have nothing to write about your situation you many uncover something unexpected.  So I would ask you to lock away your cynicism for a little while and give it a go.  After all what have you got to lose?  It doesn’t cost any money.  It doesn’t take very long.  You never know it could be the key to helping you to move forward. I know that it has been for me and many other childless-not-by-choice people around the world.
